“I used to watch my Mom and Grandma cook for us in my native village. She used a grinding stone which people have almost forgotten today. It amazing how recipes are passed down from one generation to another.
Got into Catering when another course, did not accept me. I worked very hard, was extremely passionate and honed my talent everyday. I knew that a combination of these would help me grow.
To use your Mind to the full potential, I believe we need all these three; Hardwork, Talent and Passion. This combination is what helps us achieve in life.
